We have appeared and regularly attend all of the courts of superior jurisdiction in the country. The High Court, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Nigeria. The firm has occasionally   supported and offered advise in extra territorial litigation matters with a local content and have travelled to attend courts outside of jurisdiction as part of the mandate in a few instances.

Cross-border referrals are regularly received as are requests for intervention in disputes arising from a breakdown in partner/customer/agency relationships. The assignments are usually commercial /corporate law related, but also personal client matters.

• Trial work of all kinds, prosecuting or defending and typically to enforce contractual rights, prosecute a claim, secure declaratory orders or for monetary awards and other damages.

We also actively encourage ADR solutions in appropriate situations and circumstances, particularly mediation.
